"I Could"

I could talk all day
And not be able to count
The many blessings
God has given.
I could sing many songs
But would never extoll
The absolute miracles
God has made.
I could paint for many years
And never see
All the glorious colors
God has mastered.
I could write many a poem
But not be able to say
All the divine words
God has said before.
I could be as good
As I possibly could,
But never could I be
As perfect as God wishes.
So I can only pray
For God's loving guidence,
And hope He answeres
With a rezounding "Yes"!
